• Name and email address when joining the waitlist or applying for beta access
• Trading background, platform version, and broker information submitted in applications
• Payment and billing information processed by Paddle (we do not store payment card data)
• Communications you send us by email

Information collected automatically:

• Website analytics data (pages visited, time on site, geographic region) via Google Analytics
• Browser type, operating system, and referring URL
• IP address (anonymized where required by law)

Information the software does not collect:
SQ Risk Manager operates locally on your computer. It does not transmit your trading data, account information, P&L, or position data to our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To send you the waitlist notification email when SQ Risk Manager launches commercially
• To review and respond to beta program applications
• To process payments and deliver software licenses
• To provide customer support
• To send product updates and important account notifications
• To improve our website and software based on usage patterns

3. Email Communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive one notification email when SQ Risk Manager launches commercially. By purchasing a license, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your account. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

4. Third-Party Services

• Paddle — payment processing. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — website traffic analysis. Data is anonymized and subject to Google's privacy policy.
• IONOS — website hosting and email marketing. Subject to IONOS privacy policy.
• Formspree — beta application form processing. Form submissions are forwarded to our email.

5. Data Retention

Waitlist email addresses are retained until the commercial launch notification is sent, after which you may unsubscribe at any time. Beta application data is retained for 12 months. Account and purchase data is retained for 7 years as required for tax and legal compliance.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email beta@trade-grounded.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from our website.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent website notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
