30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new purchases of SQ Risk Manager include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase, contact us at beta@trade-grounded.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until that date. We do not provide partial-month refunds for monthly plans except within the 30-day guarantee window on your first payment.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after 30 days will not receive a refund for the remaining subscription period, but your access will continue until the annual period expires. We do not pro-rate annual refunds outside the guarantee window.

Lifetime Licenses

Lifetime license purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date (except where required by law)
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
• Requests based on trading losses — the software is a risk management tool, not a guarantee of trading profitability
• Incompatibility with trading platforms, brokers, or hardware configurations not listed as supported

How to Request a Refund

Email beta@trade-grounded.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number or the email address used at purchase. We process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
