By accessing or using Trade Grounded software products including SQ Risk Manager or the website at trade-grounded.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software or this website.
Upon purchase of a valid license, SQ Performance Systems LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SQ Risk Manager on the trading platform specified at purchase for your personal non-commercial trading activities. You may not sublicense, sell, transfer, assign, or exploit the software or your license for any commercial purpose.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the software. You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works. You may not share or distribute the software to any third party. You may not use the software for unlawful purposes.
SQ Risk Manager is a risk management tool, not a guarantee of trading profits or protection against losses. Trading financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss. All trading decisions remain solely your responsibility. SQ Performance Systems LLC is not a registered investment advisor.
Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed by Paddle. By purchasing you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
SQ Risk Manager and all related software, code, designs, and content are the exclusive property of SQ Performance Systems LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SQ PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQ PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR TRADING CAPITAL ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the software ceases immediately.
